Biotechnology needs talent. But talent also needs role models.
Once again, 3PBIOVIAN has taken part in the “A Day with a #BiotechWoman” initiative organised by AseBio – Asociación Española de Bioempresas and Plataforma Biotech.
In this fourth edition, we welcomed three students who spent the day alongside three of our professionals. They had the opportunity to explore our facilities, have open conversations, and gain first-hand insight into how different career paths in biotech are built.
🔬 Jesica Martínez Godfrey (Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche) with Ximena de Andrés Orbegozo
🔬 Laura García Álvarez (Universidad Europea de Madrid) with Ainhoa Elizalde Ortega
🔬 Thenesy Peraza (Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio) with Cecilia Folio Zabala
More than just a visit, it was a genuine exchange.
Our professionals shared how their work contributes to the company’s growth, while the students brought their questions, perspectives, and honest concerns about what comes next.
One idea kept coming up throughout the day: in biotechnology, career paths are rarely linear—and that’s not a problem, it’s part of the process.
Because, ultimately, this initiative is about that:
helping those just starting out feel less alone in the uncertainty.
We would like to thank AseBio and Plataforma Biotech for making this possible, and especially the professionals and students whose time, openness, and enthusiasm made the day so meaningful.
