The Public University of Navarre (UPNA) has presented the results of its micro-credentials programme, short, targeted training courses designed to support lifelong learning, professional upskilling, and closer collaboration between academia and industry.
Within this framework, 3PBIOVIAN has played an active role, contributing to the development of two micro-credentials delivered across six editions, focused on providing a practical understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry and its key processes across functions. In total, around 160 employees from the company have taken part in the programme, representing close to 10% of all participants in Navarre.
These training initiatives reflect a clear commitment to talent development and to building practical learning pathways aligned with the real needs of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. By collaborating with UPNA, 3PBIOVIAN helps bring academic training closer to industry practice while enabling a more agile response to a rapidly evolving environment.
During the closing event, Raúl Santiago, Associate Director of Learning & Development at 3PBIOVIAN, took part in a round table discussion, where he shared the company’s perspective on continuous learning as a key driver for attracting, developing and retaining talent.
3PBIOVIAN’s involvement in this programme is part of a broader commitment to fostering a culture of lifelong learning, strengthening skills across the organisation and contributing to the development of a more competitive and resilient industrial ecosystem.
