Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles across diverse industries, contributing to the development of high-impact HR strategies aligned with business growth.

In addition to his corporate role, Tomás serves as a lecturer in the Advanced Course Expert in Talent Management and Development at the Chamber of Commerce of Navarra and as a speaker at the Senior Talent Conference organized by the Navarre Business Confederation.
