Associate Professor at the University of La Rioja (On leave of absence) 

Currently Learning & Development Associate Director at 3P Biopharmaceuticals. He holds a PhD in Educational Sciences from the University of Navarra and has held leadership roles in educational institutions, including Director of the Multimedia Resources Area at the UR Foundation and Director of the Higher Language Center at the Public University of Navarra. His research focuses on active learning methodologies, especially Flipped Learning, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence in education. He has participated in national and European projects related to digital transformation in teaching and professional development. 

Dr. Santiago  is an author with numerous publications on digital competence, AI-driven learning personalization, and professional development analytics, playing a key role in shaping innovative teaching practices and digital training strategies across academic and corporate environments.

Tomás Alarcón, Human Resources Director

Currently Human Resources Director at 3PBIOVIAN. With over 20 years of international HR experience, he has led strategic initiatives in talent management, workforce planning, and international mobility across global organizations.

He has held key leadership positions in diverse industries, contributing to the development of high-impact HR strategies aligned with business growth. At 3PBIOVIAN, he drives programs focused on leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.

Tomás’s expertise in cross-border HR management and labor relations plays a critical role in supporting the company’s international expansion. Fluent in Spanish and English, he fosters collaborative, high-performing teams across cultural contexts.
