Raúl Santiago is the Learning & Development Associate Director at 3PBIOVIAN. He holds a PhD in Educational Sciences from the University of Navarra and has held leadership roles in educational institutions, including Director of the Multimedia Resources Area at the UR Foundation and Director of the Higher Language Center at the Public University of Navarra.

His research focuses on active learning methodologies, particularly Flipped Learning, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence in education. He has contributed to national and European projects on digital transformation in teaching and professional development.

Dr. Santiago is an accomplished author with numerous publications on digital competence, AI-driven learning personalization, and professional development analytics, supporting innovative teaching practices and digital training strategies in both academic and corporate environments.

In addition, Raúl serves as a lecturer for the Advanced Course Expert in Talent Management and Development at the Chamber of Commerce of Navarra, delivers courses at the Servicio Navarro de Empleo, and lectures in the Advanced Program AI Application in Business organized by AIN (Asociación de la Industria Navarra).
