Pamplona, December 9, 2025. 3PBIOVIAN, a company specialized in the development and manufacturing of biological medicines for third parties, and Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid have signed a Business Collaboration Agreement aimed at promoting academic excellence, talent development, and the advancement of scientific knowledge.
The agreement includes an annual financial contribution to the San Pablo-CEU University Foundation, which will be used to reward the best Bachelor’s and Master’s Final Projects carried out at the University. In this first edition of the TFG and TFM awards, presented on December 5 during the Academic Ceremony for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, 3PBIOVIAN presented the following awards:
- Best Bachelor’s Final Project in Pharmacy: José Suárez García
- Best Bachelor’s Final Project in Biotechnology: Diego Alvarez-Cedrón García-Zarandieta
- Best Master’s Final Project in Bioenterprise Management: Brando Ciccotelli
“This agreement reaffirms our strong commitment to talent and university research, essential drivers for facilitating access to the job market, transforming the biotechnology sector, and accelerating the arrival of new solutions for patients,” stated Dámaso Molero, Group CEO of 3PBIOVIAN.
For her part, Ms. Rosa Visiedo, Rector of Universidad CEU San Pablo, highlighted that “this project will not only strengthen the employability and talent of our students, but will also help them face the challenges of their professional future with greater confidence and responsibility.”
Both organizations thus reinforce their commitment to specialized training and collaboration between academia and industry, driving the preparation of professionals capable of addressing the current and future challenges of the biomedical industry.
Creation of the 3PBIOVIAN Classroom
As part of the agreement, the Aula 3PBIOVIAN (3PBIOVIAN Classroom) is created— a collaborative space designed to foster talent development in biotechnology and facilitate the identification of high-potential profiles for future incorporation into the company. The Classroom will serve as a meeting point for students, faculty, and 3PBIOVIAN professionals, promoting training, outreach, and career-guidance activities.
