3PBIOVIAN has been recognized at the 16th edition of the Cegos with Equipos & Talento Awards, receiving the distinction in the category of AI applied to talent. The award highlights the company’s pioneering talent management model powered by artificial intelligence.

The project was spearheaded by Raúl Santiago, Associate Director of Learning & Development at 3PBIOVIAN, together with the Human Resources team, who led the design and successful implementation of the model.
Previous recognition
This is not the first time the initiative has been internationally acclaimed. In September 2024, the model received the Talent Acceleration Award at the BWB Awards in Boston, which recognize excellence in training and talent development programs worldwide.
