Dámaso is a recognized leader in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries and has been instrumental in positioning 3PBIOVIAN as a European benchmark CDMO in biologics and advanced therapies.

He combines a strong scientific background with strategic business vision, driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Under his leadership, 3PBIOVIAN has expanded its end-to-end service portfolio—from process development to GMP manufacturing—and strengthened its nternational presence through the integration of 3P Biopharmaceuticals and Biovian Oy.

Prior to his current role, Dámaso held senior positions across R&D, manufacturing, and corporate strategy in global pharmaceutical organizations, gaining comprehensive insight into the entire biopharma value chain. His ability to connect science, technology, and business has been key to fostering a culture of excellence and partnership within 3PBIOVIAN.

Actively engaged in industry networks and associations, he promotes collaboration and innovation within the biotech ecosystem, contributing to the advancement of biomanufacturing in Europe.

Dámaso also serves as a lecturer for the Master in Management of Health Biotechnology Companies, offered in collaboration with AseBio (Asociación Española de Bioempresas) at Universidad San Pablo CEU.
