Andrés Guerrero is responsible for all analytical development activities at the company’s Pamplona site, covering the full lifecycle from early development to validation and GMP testing.

He has over 15 years of R&D experience in both academia and industry; evaluating, developing, and applying a wide range of techniques and concepts in the fields of medical science, pharmaceutical development, and food science.

Additionally, he has held the role of R&D Manager at companies within the life sciences and biotechnology sectors, where he developed methods, standards, and instrumentation for the analysis of proteins and carbohydrates.

Earlier in his career, Andrés worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California, USA, where he developed tools for the high-throughput analysis of proteins, peptides, and glycans in large sample cohorts, while also mentoring and training scientific personnel.
